See your doctor: Although you have some cardiac issues a total risk stratification will be done by your cardiology team and they will prescribe the most appropriate stroke prophylaxis (protection) required for your total amount of stroke risk factors. Talk to your doctors, no reason to have fear until you talk to them.

Regular followup: Mvp with mild mitral regurgitation may always stay mild, and not really increase your risk of stroke. If the regurgitation increases, leads to atrial enlargement(this may take many years), this may predispose you to atrial arrhythmias like atrial fib. See your doc at least annually to follow up on you valve and chamber sizes.
