Possible infection: I'm wondering if your bellybutton is also read or itchy, you have clear fluid coming from it you have dirt or other things trapped in your belly button? I would take a bath and with either a washcloth or q-tip gently try to clean out your bellybutton area. After that put some antibiotic ointment on it and see if that helps. Obviously if you had surgery or anything else in the area you should be seen by your doctor right away.
