Cystitis?: When you describe the pain is it immediately above the bone on top of your genitals? If so, that may be bladder, and it may also be tender when you push on it. Suggest you see your family dr. Who will either treat you empirically or want a urinalysis and culture. Follow their directions and suspect you will be better soon.

?UTI, ?IC: First you need to get a urine test to rule out infection. Interstitial cystitis, pelvic inflammatory disease or endometriosis could account for your symptoms and would warrant consulting with a urologist or a uro-gynecologist. Good luck.
