There are lymph node: Under your arm. These swell for a variety of reasons and it always means something. Make an appointment with your doctor to figure out why they are swollen.

Size? number? pain?: Several factors are important. Lumps under the arms could be cysts, infected and painful, or not. Lymph nodes are also found in this area, but aren't easy to feel unless they're enlarged. Probably fatty tumors (lipomas) could be found there also. If there is concern about pain, infection or swollen lymph nodes, seek medical attention. Moles, seborrheic keratoses, skin tags, warts, etc. Possible.
