A member asked:

Can swollen gland (1sided), hot ear/cheek and slight palpitations be symptoms of chronic sinusitus?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not palpitations: The ear and cheek issues are more likely to be acute sinusitis. Not chronic. Neither should cause heart palpitations unless you are running a fever (>101.5).
