See your surgeon: With your symptoms i would suggest seeing your orthopedic surgeon who performed your slap repair...@ your age long head of biceps tendon rupture would be unlikely but can occur... More likely that your slap repair has re- torn or never healed properly or progressed. Hopefully not! best of luck!
