10 weeks ago, sprained my wrist and the pain has not gone away.the dr ordered ot, but now i am having numbness in my hand.could they have missed a tear?

See ORS: 'wrist sprains' that are not improving w/time, immobilization, and/or therapy @ 10 wks.Warrants further investigation.See an orthopedic surgeon or 'hand' specialist for examination and possible further studies ( saline- enhanced high quality MRI would be my choice). Good luck!
