See details: It is time to stop looking for excuses not to exercise. If you asthma is controlled. Swim or bike, especially a recumbent bike in a gym. At the same time minimize carbohydrate intake and control calories and portion size.

Diet and exercise: These are the tried and true steps to weight loss. Pain from your bone spur should improve as you drop pounds. Adequately controlled asthma should not preclude your from exercising either. If you become too short of breath to continue exercising then your asthma may not be adequately controlled or you may have a component of exercise-induced asthma.

Food Key, Not Ex.: The keys to loosing body fat are not exercise (somewhat minor) but food choices, quantity ; muscle mass. Much of why we need to eat is replacing body we keep tearing down, including while resting. Muscle most metabolically demanding. To loose body fat, eat hflc of natural origin. This includes lard, meat fats, butter, bacon, etc. ; avoid sugars: grains, corn, potatoes, etc. Study dietdoctor.Com.
