Any gyn: Abnormal vaginal bleeding could be a presenting symptom of cervical, endometrial, vaginal, vulvar, and even ovarian cancers. Additionally, metastasis to the vaginal canal or pelvis from another primary tumor( which would be rare) could feasibly cause this as well.
