Need exam: You should see a gyn or general practitioner. There are many things which can cause pain in that area. You may need an ultrasound, but there may be other things to consider first. Oftentimes people perceive "ovarian pain" when it's really bowels (gastro-intestinal). It could be gas, appendicitis, peritonitis, ligament pain, endometriosis, and on and on. You should talk to your doc.
