Abdominal distention ct "liver 20cm, increased in superior to inferior diameter 2 cm" comp. ct 2 days prior w/no abdom. distention. what causes this?

Can't answer: How far apart were the ct scans? Why did you have them? Was contrast given? Too many unknowns. One possibility is that there was no real change and the measurement was in error. Hopefully, the ct report offers some information on why there was an apparent change.
