Pregnant?: If you think you may be pregnant take a home preg test as they are very reliable, if negative wait one to two weeks and take it again. If positive see your obgyn. Gagging when brushing may be due to pregnancy or you hit your gag reflex when brushing your tongue, the side of the tongue or the tongue side of your lower back teeth.
