See your PCP: This type of pain is unusuall after a normal delivery.You should see your pcp and get evaluated asap.

Let me try to help: Back pain during pregnancy is a common complaint — and it's no wonder. You're gaining weight, you're walking in a new way, and your hormones are relaxing the muscles and ligaments throughout your body. I will advice to see your doctor to see if you have any other problem and if not try some exercises listed below good luck. Thank you.

I have had chronic groin pain since August, under hospital, on crutches. 2 pelvic MRIs/2 pelvic X-rays/2 hip/groin ultrasounds clear. Crushed discs in spine, on crutches. In serious pain. Has spread to left side, scrotum, penis, perineum and anus.
