Haven't heard.: I haven't heard cannabis used for essential tremors. It has been used for intractable pain in cancer, glaucoma, seizures, crohn's disease, severe arthritic conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and degenerative arthritis , multiple sclerosis and ulcerative colitis. There are precautions in some psychotic diseases like schizophrenia. It is still considered an illegal drug in several states
