Not enough info: You need to know the origin of the splenic masses. Are they related to infection, tumors, vascular issues, etc. That answer determines the treatment options.

Good evening doctors. I have 2 silly questions. I had a renal mesenteric ultrasound. The sonographer reported that there were no masses and no blockages. Does that mean that, at least for now, I do not have kidney stones? What does mesenteric mean?
I am a 49 female and felt a swollen supraclavicular lymphnode. Got ultrasound. It's .6mm. They said everything was normal (no Lymphadenopathy, normal morphologically, no masses or fluid). But isn't that too big? My doctor said no need to biopsy?
