Depends: Based on age alone the chances are lower than, say, a 21 year old. However, many people conceive in their 40s. How did you find out that you are "premenopausal"? There are tests of ovarian reserve (fertility) that can help let you know your chances-- fsh, amh, for example. Make an appointment with an obgyn who specializes in infertility.
