Trying to conceive: Home pregnancy tests are most accurate at least 4 weeks after your last menstrual period. If initial test is negative but you're not convinced, repeat test in another week. Otherwise, plan to have fun approximately 2 weeks prior to expected menses (that's when you ovulate). Don't need to be exact: a few days on either side of ovulation date is fine. Ovulation prediction kits may be helpful.
