No.: It would not be a good idea until you have had an evaluation and possibly a repeat one done including a ct or MRI scan of your brain to r/o swelling or bleeding. Klonopin (clonazepam) can obtund your level of consciousness and cause you to be less aware of symptoms related to the head injury.

Yes if prescribed: If you have been prescribed Klonopin (clonazepam), (clonazepam) you can take it but keep in mind, if you have been fatigued, Klonopin (clonazepam) may make that worse and if you have had difficulty focusing and paying attention, Klonopin (clonazepam) can make that worse as well.
