See the doctor: You should go to the er if you have severe pain, blood in urine, fever, chills, vomiting, unable to urinate. It could be a kidney stone or kidney infection. You should call your doctor too and see a urologist. They can do tests like urinalysis. Ultrasound or a ct scan.
