Long Question/many i: These are all different issues and can not be answered in 400 spaces
1pancreatitis causes pain, vomiting and has many causes
2kidney issues, your doctor will monitor your kidney functions if you have diabetes and on many different drugs, has many causes
3lactic acidosis is rare, can happen with metformin, if creatinine is high
4ketoacidosis is complication of poorly treated diabetes, more common type1.

Symptoms : All these have manifestation similar but also different. Pain is typically seen in pancreatitis.
