See a doctor: A fever of 104 requires medical attention. What tests did er do? They need to do cultures, xrays etc. It could be a bacterial infection which requires antibiotics. Fever that high in an adult can do harm, including causing seizures. If you have a serious infection, it could be causing damage while you are not being treated. See your doctor now or go to a different urgent care/emergency dept.
