Feeding problems: 6-8 hours for a 4 month not to be drinking is concerning. Most infants feed every 1-3 hours. I think you need to make sure all is well by making an appointment as soon as possible. I am also concerned you are feeding your baby when they are sleeping as this can be dangerous for choking or aspiration.

Feeding a sleeping: Baby is a bit dangerous, as baby's head needs to be up 30 degrees to prevent reflux of formula into the middle ears, a risk for infections. Habits start at 5-6'months, so now's the time to wipe out his mouth after a feed before sleep, when saliva flow slows ; prolonged contact with milk can cause cavities as teeth emerge. See his pediatrician if changing bottles/nipples doesn't work.
