Several things: Many have URI (upper respiratory infections) >10/year. Consider allergies. Narrowing or complete obstruction of the nostril by discharge, a foreign object, or choanal atresia. Try Normal Saline drops (5-10/nostril) and suctioning, and if that doesn't work, talk with your pediatrician.
