Could be infection.: Abpa is usually treate dwith steroids. When on long period of time the steroids may lower resistence to immune system. I would inform your primary lung doc and ask for appointment. Not sure of your disease progression and work up so far. May need cxr or cat scan as well. Some pt require a bronchoscopy as well. A pulmonay embolism is always a possibility as well. Need follow up with your doc.
