Why don't: You give your doctor a call for an appointment and anti-emetic instead of the er. However, failing that you can expect to wait in the waiting room, then be triaged, then taken to an exam room where you will be seen depending on the census in the order of importance. Beyond that i can't answer for what the er physician will do.
