No worries: Mitral valve prolapse is a common condition that has been associated with multiple symptoms such as you described in the minority of patients but it is harmless. Dysautonomia is different condition in which there is an imbalance of the autonomic nervous system causing symptoms such lightheadedness, fainting or increase heart rate. Sometimes you may need to have a tilt test to confirm the diagnosi.
