my niece was diagnosed with hashimoto's disease. she feels very sick all the time. is this disease serious. is there an alternative to the meds.

?: If her hashimoto has been properly treated and she is now on the right thyroid dose, she has another illness causing her to be sick. Get her thyroid and TSH level checked.
