Is it normal for your other teeth to ache after wisdom tooth removal?

Not common or rare: It does happen sometimes and it could be any of several possibilities. Referred pain from the surgical field may be involved meaning there is really no issue involving other teeth but it feels like it. Return to your dental surgeon for an evaluation if it persists.

It happens: Not to everyone, but not unusual. There are many reasons why. Remember, you just had surgery and it takes time to heal. If symptoms do not begin to diminish by the time you are 48 hours, post-surgical, contact your treating practitioner and report your symptoms. If a post-surgical reevaluation is required, they will reschedule you.
