Further work up need: You definitely need to make sure you see a cardiologist and get appropriate testing EKG echo etc.

Earlier today my heart was at 140 bpm with minimal activity. My hands were shaking,felt weak and was sweating. I have mitral valve prolapse and regurgitation. Take Corlanor for tachycardia. What could have caused this? I have been tired since?
