A member asked:

Doc said ibs, but not sure if right diagnosis. often upper abdominal pain sometimes lower, extreme nausea, big loss of appetite, change in bowel habit?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

This sounds like IBS: While the history suggests ibs other conditions such as celiac disease should be ruled out. Nausea can be part any parcel of functional dyspepsia which we see commonly in adolescents especially in the morning.
