Too complex: This is way too complex to ask here. Thre are many causes of hyperparathyroidism and therefore many things to evaluate and different treatment approaches. The repercussions of inappropriate diagnosis and therefore inappropriate therapy could be devastating. You need to follow up with your pcp and/or an endocrinologist asap to get on the right treatment plan.
