Ultrasound showed no problems with pancreas, bloodwork showed no enzyme differences or diabetes. but i have gut pain on left side. still pancreas?

Not pancreas: Probably not the pancreas. Pancreatic pain is severe, around the waist, associated with nausea and vomiting. You may have a muscle strain. If you have pain while twisting to the left consider that in the differential diagnosis.
