Chemical pregnancy: It means that there is enough beta HCG present to make a pregnancy test positive, but no gestational sac or embryo develops. It means you can conceive, but does not say anything else. One or two is common, if it continues without a pregnancy that makes it out of the first trimester, a more detailed evaluation is required to see why the pregnancies are not continuing.
