Sore Calves: Can be caused by many conditions ; only a comprehensive exam by a physician can lead to appropriate diagnosis. Simple answers such as small fatty deposits (lipomas) in the soft tissue , muscle strain or tendonitis, to potentially more problematic inflammation of the leg veins can all lead to such symptoms. Although most are minor, serious problems require urgent treatment. See your physician asap.
