Post op care: While what you describe does not sound unusual, you need to see your dentist to follow your healing, make you more comfortable and adjust\ensure that you can get your partials in and out easily enough to keep your teeth and gums clean. That will lead to quicker healing. All this is part of the responsibility of your dentist.

Remove partials: Leaving those immediate dentures in 100% of the time is doing you in. You must have lots of irritating stuff under them by now. They should come out at least once a day to allow you to wash them and to allow you to rinse (gently).

See your dentist: for post-op evaluation and partial denture adjustment if needed. Take care.
