Kidney infection: She as a very serious problem. Most likely this is a urinary tract infection, if not a kidney infection. This is an emergency.

Needs urine test!: The fever is more worrisome. Your girl needs a urine test. I do not believe scoliosis would effect her pregnancy. Back pain is quite common in pregnancy. She does need to see her doctor as back pain can be symptom of pre-term labor.
