? influenza: If you are talking proven influenza (a swab of nasal secretions done), and it was positive for influenza, then this would not be an unusual scenario. If by "flu" you are meaning some type of stomach bug or a cold, this would not be a normal progress of the disease. Not sure which one you are talking about........
