Bb and ca blockers: You can but it may cause decrease in heart rate. Personally i only combine them in some occasions such as uncontrolled heart rate with atrial fib. For svt and you being quite young likely having a high sympathetic tone with high elevations of heart rate your doctor had to end up giving combo pills. The alternatives are not many but ablation may be an option . Good luck.
