I'm 27 weeks pregnant, high blood pressure/ preeclamsia ob is predicting will deliver at max by 32 weeks. whats the chances i can make it full term?

Change your view: I think you're thinking about it the wrong way. If you're pre-eclamptic, the longer you wait, the more dangerous it becomes for you and baby. Your OB wants to deliver you at the earliest possible time that is safe for baby. Follow their judgement and thank god for modern medicine!
