Yes: You may use otc meds, pain and local anal meds. Try some nupercainal ointment . Vit a and d ointment is good for perianal irritation. Don't be afraid to call your gi/crs for advice and assistance, even if it is the weekend. Most have some form of tele nurse or covering physician.
