Need more than 1: If you're talking about the electroencephalogram (eeg) as being the test to detect seizures then, you should know that a first eeg is only going to pick up 30-50% of abnormalities that actually exist. Sometimes we need to do that test 3 times and add video recording in order to capture true data to call epilepsy. Not sure what you mean by "speech abnormalities" not showing on test. Good luck.
