Need more info: It is very important that you consult with your obstetrician. It sounds like what we call an umbilical hernia. Most are benign but at your stage of pregnancy there might be as problem.

Please see below: At least it does not appear that you had these symptoms due to that hernia. Hernia, if complicated, it will present with obstructive symptoms like constipation, vomiting and belly pain. May be this is something else. If continues to be severe, please see your doctor.
