No: You should wash and urinate after sex. Antibiotics are to used to treat an infection and should be taken as prescribed. There should be no pills left over. Using antibiotics for a shorter course or to "prevent" and infection may cause bacteria to become resistant.

SOMETIMES: Occassionally we prescribe antibiotics to prevent urinary infections but only when you see that you develop UTI after having sex or you are getting a lot of uti's.
