Not likely: At the time fo conception, none of the fetal parts or organs are even starting to develop - so there is nothing to be damaged by the exposure to alcohol except the sperm and egg. If either were affected by the insult of the alcohol, then the pregnancy could not progress and develop. The result would be no pregnancy.

Timing matters: Conception actually occurs a couple of days after the "act" when the sperm make it up to the available egg.Unless you are continuously drunk for 3-4 days, this would happen after you sober up.Only the healthiest sperm can do the deed, the egg doesn't have that luxury, so drug use or alcohol over time can hurt them (for your whole life).Early insults tend to end the pregnancy.
