Elevated pth, sono showed swolken lymph nodes some had a red and blue color on the scan some didn't. what is that? is that a tumor?

Not necessarily: You indicate that the us showed swollen lymph nodes but you don't say how large they were or whether they had normal appearing anatomy. The red and blue color inmdicates blood flow in the node on a doppler picture done to evaluate blood flow. Again amount of flow may be normal or not. Ask your doctor.
