Probably: As a teen with sickle cell disease, you probably know plenty about avoiding complications. Stay well-hydrated. You'll never be anywhere near as athletic as an elite athlete with normal blood, but this shouldn't prevent you from exercising if you enjoy it.

Exercise helps every: Exercise will help you to get stronger...So by all means you should do work outs even if you feel tired. After some months of continued exercise/work outs you will feel much stronger as your body needs physical activity/exercise to stay stronger and maintain endurance/ satmina.
