The basics: Everybody with every set of genes has pain on occasion. Sometimes it is in their belly or they get dizzy, breathless, etc, whatever. If you want to believe S trait is the cause of these symptoms feel free to do so. If that assumption leads you to delay proper evaluation & treatment for a treatable medical condition the risk you take on is on you.
