I'm an active smoker but i want to quit and start working out. i get tired easily and my heart beats increase a lot. how could i work out without this?

HR SHOULD speed up: The goal of aerobic exercise is to increase you HR, & we assess how hard you are pushing yourself by measuring the HR increase. A reasonable target at your age would be ~135 to 140 beats per minute for at least half an hour. As your cardiovascular fitness improves over time with training & smoking cessation, it will become easier to exercise, and will take more work to get your HR to increase.
