I have some kind of dysautonomia which makes my heart react too extreme. is this dangerous and how/where can i get help? can i take beta blockers?

Vasovagal events: Fast heart rates can occur for many reasons. The most common reason is a vasovagal reaction. A holter monitor or event monitor can capture the fast heart rate and sometimes slow hr. If it is related to excess sympathetic nervous system activity then a beta blocker would be of value. Good hydration, avoiding stimulants such as caffeine, decongestants, avoiding excess heat all will reduce symptoms.
