Skin lesion: This needs to be examined by a dermatologist to make sure it is not a melanoma (pigmented potentially fatal cancer). Go and get it looked at.

Wart, acne: Folliculitis, impetigo etc are some possible diagnosis.However, only ur pcp who has the opportunity to actually see the skin condition can correctly diagnose it.Have a great weekend!
